Job Summary
This critical role involves taking full technical responsibility for the ATLANTIC Hotel Münster, a modern facility known for its urban architecture and event technology. The Facility Manager/Technical Lead will oversee all technical operations, including building systems (HVAC, electrical), maintenance, and repair activities. Key responsibilities include leading the technical department, coordinating external contractors, managing cost control, implementing energy-saving measures, and ensuring compliance with legal safety and testing regulations. The position requires active participation in daily operational tasks, such as facility rounds and consumption data logging. Candidates must bring a strong background in technical or craft fields, proven experience in technical project management (renovations/conversions), and demonstrated leadership ability, combined with commercial awareness and a commitment to high-quality guest service.
