Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Facility Management operations as a Deputy Site Manager, focusing heavily on planning, coordination, and team leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous scheduling and capacity planning, preparing quotes and supplementary contracts, and overseeing project controlling. A key function is the technical leadership of the local team, alongside participating in contract awarding discussions and managing client consultation and relationship maintenance. Candidates must hold a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or possess a State-Certified Technician degree, or a relevant university degree. Professional experience, ideally in a similar management capacity, is required to effectively handle the operational and leadership challenges of this position.
