Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Lead specializing in Electrical Systems (Elektrotechnik) within the technical Facility Management team in Frankfurt am Main. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating in-house technicians and external contractors, managing the technical operations of a property, and acting as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include processing incoming technical reports via a ticket system, commissioning, operating, monitoring, and maintaining building services installations, components, and systems. A key focus is ensuring compliance through regular maintenance, inspections, DGUV-V3 checks, and proper documentation. The position requires a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, proven experience in operating and maintaining electrical systems (ELT), and skills in personnel leadership and CAFM systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a long-term perspective within a large, family-run company.
