This specialized R&D Physicist role focuses on the development and optimization of critical electrical and pyrotechnic system components, including detonators and ignition elements. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing novel processes and elements, providing essential technical support to various company locations, and handling fundamental, specialized physical tasks. A core function involves the systematic evaluation and interpretation of complex measurement data to drive development forward. The position requires a university degree or PhD in Physics, ideally with a specialization in solid-state physics or fluid mechanics. While experience with tools like FEM, CAD, and Matlab is advantageous, strong analytical thinking, technical comprehension, and excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory.
