Job Summary
This full-time role, based in Porta Westfalica with up to 50% remote work flexibility, involves serving as the primary technical support contact for customers facing IT challenges. The core responsibility is providing timely, solution-oriented support via telephone for malfunctions and failures related to PCs, laptops, printers, and other technical devices. You will troubleshoot issues across hardware, software (Windows, Linux, application software), and client/server network environments. Key qualifications include a completed technical IT apprenticeship, strong knowledge of Windows systems, and experience with TCP/IP networking. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a fundamental technical understanding, and the ability to explain complex technical procedures clearly to customers, ensuring smooth operations are restored quickly.
