Job Summary

This pivotal role involves serving as the Co-Technical Director for an exclusive Medical SPA Resort, overseeing the technical operations of a large complex including 66 hotel rooms, 15 apartments, two restaurants, a Medical SPA, a theater forum, and an equestrian facility. The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for ensuring all technical systems function safely, efficiently, and reliably. Day-to-day tasks include strategic and operational leadership of the technical department, managing maintenance, modernization of building technology, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Key responsibilities cover managing complex systems like water treatment, sewage, pool technology, and a district heating system (wood chip heating, gas boilers, heat pumps). The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership competence to guide the technical team, and close collaboration with hotel management and external service providers to maintain the technical foundation for excellent hospitality.
