Job Summary
This leadership role requires a skilled Master Electrician or certified Electrical Engineering Technician to manage and optimize maintenance and automation processes within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of a dedicated team, including personnel planning and coordination. Key responsibilities involve ensuring the functionality of all plant systems, automation equipment, operating resources, and infrastructure. You will act as the responsible electrical specialist, overseeing internal maintenance processes, coordinating maintenance and repair assignments, and ensuring compliance with operational and legal requirements regarding safety and quality. Expertise in automation and control technology (e.g., Siemens S7, TIA Portal, PLC programming) is beneficial, along with initial leadership experience. This position is ideal for a proactive professional seeking to drive continuous improvement in a critical operational function.

Education
Completed apprenticeship as an Electrician with further training as an Industrial Master or State-Certified Electrical Engineering Technician
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Initial experience in employee leadership (Highly beneficial)
- Professional experience in maintenance process optimization
- Experience as a responsible electrical specialist
