Job Summary

This role is for a Team Lead of Industrial Electrical Systems at BADER, a global leader in premium automotive leather manufacturing. Based in Ichenhausen, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of 2-5 specialists. Your primary duties include the planning, monitoring, and execution of maintenance, overhaul, and new installations across the extensive machinery and plant park. A key focus will be on troubleshooting and maintaining complex control, measurement, and regulation technology, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality in operational processes. You will also lead technical modernization projects, support IT initiatives, and oversee mandatory DGUV V3 & V4 inspections. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree or advanced qualification in fields like Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with several years of maintenance experience in a production setting and initial leadership exposure.
