Job Summary

This role is for an Industrial Electrician specializing in operational technology, based in Dotternhausen, and is initially limited until July 31, 2027. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of production lines by efficiently troubleshooting and resolving faults. Key responsibilities include the maintenance and repair of drive systems, active support in weighing, measuring, and automation technology, and performing precise electrical testing of plant systems. You will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, process optimization within production and power generation facilities, and coordinating external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in electrical engineering (e.g., Industrial Electrician, Electrical Installer, or Mechatronics Technician) and demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a passion for automation and new technologies. After thorough initial training, participation in the on-call duty roster is required, contributing to the continuous development of Holcim's operations.
