Job Summary

This role involves leading and supervising complex civil engineering projects in the Lichtenberg area of Germany. The Site Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including coordinating construction workflows, managing staff deployment, and strictly adhering to quality, safety, and budgetary constraints. A core part of the role is effective communication with all stakeholders—clients, authorities, and subcontractors—to ensure smooth operations. You will be tasked with creating and monitoring detailed construction schedules and cost budgets, as well as handling the final acceptance and documentation of all construction services. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of hands-on experience in civil construction management. Success requires strong leadership competence, assertiveness, and deep knowledge of construction materials and processes, enabling you to work independently and systematically to deliver projects efficiently.
