Job Summary
The Leinerstift e.V., a prominent diaconal institution focused on youth and integration assistance, is seeking an engaged Recruiting Specialist for a full-time, two-year maternity leave replacement position, starting March 1, 2026, with the strong potential for permanent employment afterward. Based in Großefehn, this role involves taking responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from creating and publishing job advertisements across various platforms and social media, to managing the applicant tracking system and coordinating interviews. The specialist will also support departmental leaders throughout the hiring process, plan and execute career fairs, and drive the development and implementation of strategic recruiting approaches and onboarding initiatives. Candidates must bring a relevant degree or vocational qualification in HR or administration, proven recruiting experience (ideally in the social or healthcare sector), and strong organizational skills.
