Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration and maintenance of central server systems within both Windows and Linux environments, focusing on virtualization and implementing highly available solutions using technologies like VMware/Proxmox. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and expanding the organization's network, administering the groupware environment, and ensuring the continuous operation of services and systems at both the operating system and application levels. Key responsibilities also include user and rights management, software distribution, operating wireless infrastructures, and providing 2nd-level support. Candidates should possess relevant professional experience, strong knowledge of directory services (ADS, LDAP), storage systems (SAN, Backup, Recovery), and network protocols, coupled with high responsibility, engagement, and a willingness to perform occasional weekend/evening maintenance and on-call duties.
