As the Deputy Facility Manager, you will assist the Lead Facility Manager in the technical, organizational, and economic oversight of one or more properties in the Hamburg area. Your daily responsibilities will involve ensuring the smooth, uninterrupted operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, controls (MSR), and fire protection. Key tasks include coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections, overseeing external service providers, and conducting detailed fault analyses to implement corrective measures. You will also contribute to modernization, optimization, and energy-saving planning, and ensure strict compliance with all legal regulations and quality standards.
