Job Summary

This part-time role (max 27.5 hours/week) seeks an experienced professional to drive the Digital HR roadmap and manage global HR technology solutions for CLAAS KGaA mbH. The Expert Digital HR will serve as the Product Owner for key modules within SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent), focusing on operational support, continuous optimization, and strategic expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing HR processes for global digital implementation, collaborating closely with international HR and IT stakeholders, and conducting project work related to the integration and migration of existing HR/IT solutions. Ideal candidates possess professional experience implementing and managing digital HR processes, particularly within the international SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, and are familiar with agile project management methodologies and complex system architectures.
