Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the future of technical education by training and developing the next generation of skilled professionals in the electrical engineering sector for a leading company in sustainable energy solutions near Erlangen. The Instructor will be responsible for planning, preparing, and conducting comprehensive training content, covering both technical expertise (such as power electronics, frequency converters, transformers, motors, and PLC programming) and essential soft skills, delivered both in-person and online. Key responsibilities also include mentoring apprentices through projects and exams, evaluating and enhancing existing training programs, and handling administrative tasks related to the apprenticeship operations. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in an electronic field, preferably supplemented by a Master Craftsman certification, coupled with professional experience in industry or training, and strong pedagogical skills to convey complex knowledge practically and understandably.
