Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the quality of chemical products, focusing on the timely and independent processing of samples from incoming raw materials and finished goods. The specialist will utilize gas chromatographic and chemical/physical methods for testing and meticulously document all results. A key part of the job is managing deviations, which includes creating defect notices for suppliers or performing rework on manufactured products, as well as developing instructions for incorporating faulty batches. The position also covers handling customer complaints and returns, managing retention samples, and preparing pre-mixes for production. The ideal candidate holds a degree as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA, possesses a high level of quality awareness, and is proficient in MS Office and preferably ERP systems.
