Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the precision and quality of welded assemblies, primarily through non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. Day-to-day tasks involve evaluating and precisely documenting NDT results, specifically focusing on Visual Testing (VT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) according to relevant norms. The specialist will conduct geometric dimension checks, perform quality controls during final assembly—including coating inspections—and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation and test protocols. Key requirements include a completed vocational education in materials testing or a related metal technology field, along with a mandatory valid DIN EN 9712 Level 2 certification for VT and UT. Candidates must be comfortable working in a 2-shift system and capable of performing duties at heights. Experience in Magnet Powder Testing (MT) Level 2 is a distinct advantage for this role.
