Job Summary

This role is for a Development Engineer focusing on intelligent algorithms within an interdisciplinary technology company specializing in sophisticated hardware and software solutions, embedded systems, sensor technology, and Machine Learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, simulation, and implementation of algorithms for signal, audio, and image processing, focusing on detection methods for objects, events, gestures, and biometric features using diverse signal sources (e.g., Ultrasound, Radar, UWB, IMU). Day-to-day tasks involve modeling and optimizing Machine Learning algorithms, feature engineering, planning and executing experiments, and collaborating closely with embedded and software developers. This is a challenging, non-remote position in Dresden, ideal for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology in areas like Automotive, Industrial, and Medical applications, requiring strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
