The role requires strong client communication, serving as the reliable technical contact, and expert coordination of specialist engineers, subcontractors, and authorities. Key qualifications include a degree or equivalent in relevant engineering fields, multi-year professional experience in TBE project or construction management, and strong knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and contract law.
