Job Summary

This long-term position seeks a skilled Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Technician to support Germany's largest corporation at their dedicated rail vehicle test site in Wegberg Wildenrath. The primary responsibilities include the comprehensive maintenance and repair of electrical building infrastructure, encompassing the installation of new wiring, sockets, and lighting fixtures. You will be responsible for performing minor repairs on electrical systems and devices, and crucially, safely switching electrical systems in both low-voltage networks and high-voltage networks up to 36 kV. The ideal candidate must hold a completed electro-technical qualification and demonstrate proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams. This role offers excellent compensation, potential for permanent employment, and a unique working environment, requiring flexibility for 3-shift operations and weekend work.
