Job Summary

This role involves supervising the installation and commissioning of interior and exterior systems within electronic interlocking (ESTW), relay interlocking (RSTW), and general railway signaling technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing materials on site, coordinating the assembly schedule with the construction manager, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines. The supervisor conducts and documents sample assemblies, monitors construction progress, and manages defect rectification processes. Key requirements include a completed technical education (ideally Master Craftsman/Technician level) and proven experience in leading construction projects, particularly within railway technology. Strong leadership skills, technical understanding, and the ability to travel extensively nationwide are essential for success in this demanding and rewarding position.
