Job Summary

This role involves driving performance optimization and fostering a performance culture within the Industrial Site Donauwörth, specifically for AIRBUS Helicopters. The Performance Manager will be responsible for comprehensive KPI management and reporting, covering personnel planning (Blue and White Collar), cost control, missing parts management, and EDD Project Portfolio Management. Key activities include optimizing, digitizing, and automating the KPI landscape, developing real-time dashboards, and conducting daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews with stakeholders to identify trends and bottlenecks. The position also requires leading improvement projects, conducting Kaizen events and workshops, and ensuring compliance with the Plant Process Reviews and annual audits.
