Job Summary

This role involves leading customer-specific software projects focused on Yard Management Systems (YMS) and Time Slot Management (TSM) within the logistics IT sector. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical coordination through to successful customer commissioning. Key responsibilities include acting as the central interface between clients, developers, infrastructure partners, and external systems (ERP, SAP, etc.), managing project plans, conducting tests and rollouts, and ensuring technical documentation is comprehensive. Candidates must possess several years of experience in IT project management or technical consulting, a strong understanding of logistics processes (ideally yard/dock processes), and technical proficiency with Windows Server, IIS, SQL, and networking concepts like VPN and AD/SSO. This position offers significant scope for independent project leadership in innovative digitalization projects.
