Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Project and Process Manager to drive the improvement and standardization of processes and systems, focusing on the interface between production and IT within a global context. Key responsibilities include initiating and planning projects, analyzing and documenting workflows with the global team, and ensuring production requirements are effectively translated into appropriate IT solutions. The manager will be responsible for creating regular project reports and presentations. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics, coupled with 3–5 years of professional experience in both production and project management. Expertise in production IT systems, particularly SAP modules (PP, MM, QM, PM) and MES, is mandatory, along with strong intercultural competence and excellent proficiency in both German and English.
