Job Summary

This role involves ensuring that customer requirements regarding maintenance and operational concepts are implemented throughout the product development lifecycle, specifically during the design phase. The ILS Manager will define, create, and technically review maintenance documentation, such as CMMs and manuals, and assess the logistics component of bids and contracts, supporting sales in the proposal process. Key responsibilities include coordinating work with external service providers and internal ILS departments, maintaining and creating LSA databases, and generating logistical product data like RAMST analyses, FMECA, MTA, and LORA in close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and After Sales teams. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications, and possesses several years of professional experience in ILS/LSA procedures, preferably within military maintenance and logistics structures. Strong German and good English skills are required for this position based in Altenstadt, Bavaria, offering flexible working hours and partial mobile office options.
