Job Summary

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Electrical or Electronics professional passionate about ensuring high-level quality within the production of complex, custom battery solutions for renewable energy and medical technology sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous technical troubleshooting and fault analysis for intricate battery packs, managing the entire complaints process including direct communication with customers and suppliers (in both German and English), and generating critical quality documentation such as FMEA and 8D reports. You will actively participate in continuous improvement processes, conduct quality controls during production, ensure ESD compliance across manufacturing areas, and assist with goods receipt inspections and audits. The successful candidate must possess a strong technical background, ideally as a certified Technician or holding a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
