Job Summary

This role involves working as a Commissioning Engineer specializing in Control and Safety Technology for rail systems, based in Ditzingen, Germany, but requiring extensive travel across the federal territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include testing, measuring, and commissioning external system elements in conjunction with corresponding internal modules. You will be responsible for software installation, functional testing of internal module components, and creating detailed process plans for complete system verification. A key part of the job is supporting customer acceptance and ensuring the completeness of detailed test documentation. The ideal candidate holds a 3-year electrical engineering vocational qualification, possesses professional experience in railway technology (Control and Safety Technology), and is comfortable with frequent travel.
