Job Summary

This permanent position is critical for quality assurance within industrial concrete manufacturing for a market-leading company. The Concrete Laboratory Technician will primarily work in the factory laboratory and directly at the mixing plant, ensuring the consistent quality of products by controlling and testing raw materials, intermediate mixes, and final concrete products according to normative specifications. Daily tasks include conducting specific sampling and investigations, performing fresh concrete tests (e.g., spread and flow), checking raw materials like aggregates and steel reinforcement, and calibrating moisture probes in the mixing plant. A key responsibility is monitoring and adjusting concrete recipes in close coordination with production colleagues. Candidates must have completed vocational training, initial professional experience, and possess strong German skills and MS Office proficiency. Crucially, the 'Concrete Technology 1' qualification is mandatory (or must be obtained immediately), demonstrating a commitment to professional specialization in concrete and construction materials technology. The role offers intensive on-the-job training and a supportive team environment.
