The technician will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies, which includes planning, monitoring, and executing necessary revisions and repairs. Furthermore, a key component of the job is leading specialized projects in electrical and control technology, actively contributing to plant and process optimization, and managing the associated budgets for maintenance and spare parts. The ideal candidate holds a technical education at the HTL/College level in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, demonstrates strong self-reliance, accountability, and excellent problem-solving abilities, and is committed to continuous professional development.
