Job Summary

This unique, full-time role splits equally between HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality) activities and serving as the primary Apprenticeship Trainer for Chemical Process Technology (CVT). Day-to-day, you will administer and improve integrated management systems, handling operational tasks such as managing the ideas system, complaint tracking, near-miss reporting, and supporting safety functions, including PPE management and safety inspections. Simultaneously, you will be the central coordinator for apprentices, managing recruitment efforts (school visits, career fairs), developing comprehensive training materials, and conducting training sessions from the initial induction through to the final vocational examination. The ideal candidate must hold a completed qualification in Chemical Process Technology (e.g., Apprenticeship, Master Craftsman, HTL, or BSc) and possess good MS Office skills. Experience in quality management and/or an Apprenticeship Instructor certification is highly beneficial.
