Job Summary

This role is for a Project Manager specializing in Smart Building Solutions for an international technology group, focusing on projects that advance beyond conventional building automation toward sustainable and energy-saving designs. The core mission involves networking various technical systems and implementing intelligent data processing to achieve cutting-edge Smart Buildings. Day-to-day tasks include defining comprehensive project strategies, meticulously planning project phases, coordinating technical specifications, and ensuring successful realization according to technical, economic, and timeline constraints. The manager will lead multiple small to mid-sized projects, provide technical guidance to the project team, act as the primary interface for customers, and manage project controlling, including identifying opportunities for change management and necessary amendments. Key qualifications include a technical degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, professional experience in building automation and project leadership, and mandatory fluency in both German and English (C1 level). This position offers a long-term assignment with attractive, above-tariff compensation and potential for permanent takeover.
