Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conducting technical tasks such as variance and comparative analyses, batch and tolerance assessments, and system/assay performance verification. The technician will be responsible for creating test plans, work instructions, and comprehensive result reports, including statistical analysis and presentation of findings. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., Chemical Laboratory Assistant or Chemical Technician) and professional experience in developing diagnostic measurement systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Chemical Technician, or comparable technical qualification (university degree not required)

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development of diagnostic measurement systems (Point of Care)
  • Experience in system and assay performance assessment for diagnostic measurement systems
  • Experience with statistical evaluation tools (e.g., JMP)
  • Experience with optical measurement procedures and devices (ideally)
