Job Summary

This permanent position as Integration Order Manager, located in Laichingen (with initial training in Ulm), is within the Naval & Ground Radar Systems division of a leading European defense technology company. The core focus is the management of integration work packages for both new series production and spare parts. Day-to-day responsibilities involve rigorous planning and steering of projects concerning time, cost, and quality, ensuring the timely availability of specialized operating resources, materials, and process standards. You will actively support production optimization and process improvements, manage deviations, and ensure process-compliant order processing using the SAP production planning tool. Candidates should possess a degree in Production Technology or Industrial Engineering, or a technical background supplemented by a state-certified Technician qualification. Knowledge of production, maintenance, order processing workflows, and SAP (ERP/PLM) is highly advantageous, alongside strong coordination and communication abilities.
