Job Summary

This role as an IT Technician involves hands-on support for client systems and printers. Day-to-day tasks include processing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services assigned via a mobile device, performing basic configuration and installation of PCs, notebooks, and printers, and meticulously documenting all completed orders within the Inventox system. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT vocational training, good knowledge of hardware, software, and common operating systems, and experience with ticketing systems.
