Job Summary

This Senior Agile Expert/Agile Coach role is crucial for driving the digital transformation within SOKA-BAU, Germany's largest pension fund for the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for institutionalizing agile working methods, fostering an agile mindset across teams and the organization, and guiding the shift toward an adaptive, learning culture. Day-to-day tasks involve actively coaching teams and departments, moderating self-reflection, and strengthening self-organization. A core responsibility is recommending and implementing suitable agile frameworks (like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or OKRs), ensuring their effective and compliant application. You will establish clear indicators to measure success, analyze the use of agile methods, and derive continuous improvements.
