Job Summary

This role seeks an expert Building Automation Engineer to drive digitalization and automation projects within complex pharmaceutical facilities in Ludwigshafen. The primary focus is on planning and implementing innovative infrastructural and automation-specific system extensions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Digital Twins, Augmented Reality, and AI-based solutions. Daily tasks include comprehensive project management, covering budget control, scheduling, technical reviews, and quality assurance. The engineer will also be responsible for coordinating external partner firms, ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, and conducting detailed error analyses to maintain qualified and validated operations. Success requires a strong engineering background, deep expertise in Facility Management, IIoT technologies, databases, and modern automation systems, coupled with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
