Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity as a Service Technician specializing in tower cranes, based in Kassel, Germany, with excellent compensation and benefits. Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning, assembly, maintenance, and repair of tower cranes both on-site at customer locations and within the workshop. A key focus is providing dedicated customer service for rental and client equipment, alongside effective troubleshooting and fault resolution. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in Mechatronics, Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics, or Electronics, coupled with at least two years of professional experience in maintenance and repair. Essential requirements include suitability for working at heights, a willingness to travel, and possession of a Class B driving license.
