Job Summary

The PLC Programmer will be responsible for developing specialized PLC software based on functional specifications and layouts, receiving support from senior programmers. Key daily tasks include conducting thorough functional tests of the developed software, commissioning systems on-site, and providing end-user training. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Simatic S7 programming using TIA and Classic environments, mastering FUP, AWL, and SCL languages. The position requires a high degree of customer orientation, strong technical comprehension, and significant global travel (approximately 50%) to support commissioning activities, making it an attractive role for those seeking international exposure and hands-on system implementation.
