Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of all outgoing and incoming payments across Europe, including critical systems like ACH, wire transfers, SEPA, SWIFT, BACS, and instant payments. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely processing, managing relationships with external payment processors and vendors, and monitoring fraud indicators in collaboration with compliance teams. A key focus is driving automation and system improvements to optimize transaction processing workflows, alongside managing all aspects of item processing, including check deposits and clearing operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of payment networks, core banking systems, and reconciliation processes, coupled with proven management skills and fluency in both German and English, making this a pivotal role in supporting the financial needs of U.S. military and DoD personnel overseas.
