Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer passionate about the automotive sector, focusing on the conception and specification of innovative battery systems for actuators in the automotive environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling, comparing, selecting, and verifying battery systems for OEM-specific projects. The engineer will also be crucial in planning, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating tests and endurance runs for these systems. A significant part of the job involves managing internal interfaces and coordinating with external international system suppliers, alongside creating and maintaining essential development, manufacturing, and release documentation. Success in this position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with professional experience in battery systems, particularly Li-ion cell technology and low-voltage charging technology, and strong fluency in written and spoken English.
