Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced Requirements Engineer looking to drive complex development projects within the automotive sector, focusing specifically on advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), environmental sensing, and/or infotainment systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, estimating development and design effort, and managing the entire development lifecycle. A critical component of the role involves coordinating work packages, deadlines, and quality standards across diverse, often international, development teams. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, coupled with a minimum of five years of professional experience in hardware and software development, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent analytical and communication skills, proficiency with requirement tools like DOORS or MKS, and very strong English proficiency are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
