Job Summary

This role involves building core competencies in eTail innovation programs for Samsung Electronics. The eTail Expert will be responsible for planning, developing, and controlling eTail initiatives, specifically focusing on partner activities. Key tasks include conceptualizing and communicating eTail campaign planning and brand strategy, driving projects across the organization, and designing eTailer systems tailored to current market requirements. The expert will also support the initial ASIN setup to enable sales through distribution partners on major online platforms, prepare raw content/assets for the ACoE, and independently manage external service providers and agencies. Candidates should possess a degree in IT or Business Administration and practical experience in eTail management, digital expertise (UX/UI), project management (agile), and knowledge of Adobe/Google technologies, making this a pivotal role in shaping Samsung’s online retail strategy.
