Systems Engineer, Aerospace | Systemingenieur (m/w/d) Luftfahrt

Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Systems Engineer passionate about complex technical projects within the aerospace industry. You will be responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of sub-systems, managing requirements from specification review (Lastenheftprüfung) to implementation. Day-to-day tasks include defining and evaluating sub-system concepts, managing interfaces between components, creating detailed testing and development documentation, and coordinating prototypes and test setups. A key part of the role involves project planning, including defining technical work packages, managing cost and schedule adherence (Time, Quality, and Budget), conducting risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. The position requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and proven professional experience, ideally with project leadership experience in developing special-purpose machinery, combined with fluent German and English skills.
