Job Summary

This Senior Engineer role focuses on the responsible planning and development of primary layouts for high-voltage substations within challenging energy management projects. Day-to-day, you will be creating detailed technical specifications for primary equipment, conducting crucial calculations related to load capacity, short-circuit forces, and grounding, and preparing material lists and protection requirements. You will act as the lead Substation Engineer, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and DACH standards while collaborating closely with international design teams, particularly those in the UK. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and several years of professional experience in HV transmission system planning.
