Job Summary

This role is seeking an experienced Portfolio Engineer to take ownership of the cross-functional Portfolio Management Repository within MBDA Germany, focusing primarily on future systems. The core responsibilities include coordinating, setting up, and meticulously maintaining the repository, along with creating and updating all relevant portfolio profiles and roadmaps for sub-systems and modules in close consultation with Portfolio Management leadership. The ideal candidate will leverage several years of professional experience in engineering, design, or development, combined with a broad technical understanding, to proactively shape and improve portfolio management methodologies, tools, and templates. A critical aspect of the job is ensuring the high quality of all portfolio management artifacts, gaining insights from project involvement for potential re-use, and supporting the overall re-use process. Success requires strong technical, analytical, and conceptual abilities, a self-driven approach, and fluent English skills.
