Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join an innovative pharmaceutical company, initially on a 12-month contract with the potential for permanent takeover. The core responsibilities include managing and coordinating cross-departmental Change Controls and material qualifications, specifically for packaging materials and disposables. You will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting the creation and processing of regulations, CAPAs, and deviations, and ensuring target-oriented implementation of GMP requirements. A crucial part of the role involves communication and decision-making presentations during audits, inspections, and supplier inquiries, requiring fluency in both German and English. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with initial professional experience, or a Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Technology, coupled with strong GMP knowledge and organizational skills.
