This role is ideal for a skilled Industrial Electrician or Electronics Technician looking to join a top-ranked German company on a permanent contract. You will be instrumental in supporting daily production by performing crucial troubleshooting, defect diagnosis, and repair of electrical and electronic systems. A core part of the job involves implementing preventive maintenance schedules and performing planned repairs to ensure operational continuity. Furthermore, you will monitor and optimize fully automated control systems, contributing directly to efficiency improvements. The position requires a completed electrical engineering qualification and the readiness to work in a weekly rotating three-shift model. While initial experience in maintenance and troubleshooting is beneficial, strong teamwork skills are essential.
