Job Summary

This role involves supporting critical IT infrastructure and developing engaging digital learning content for a leading global provider of submarines and naval vessels in Kiel. The IT Systems Specialist will be responsible for producing e-learning videos using tools like TTS, Simple Show, and Camtasia, alongside developing storyboards and creatively designing learning materials. A key component of the role is the maintenance, updating, and troubleshooting of the TTS Performance Suite. Furthermore, the specialist will support various IT projects focused on conference systems, collaboration tools, M365 Power Apps, Jira, and Confluence. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification, coupled with professional experience in application support or IT system support, ideally with server operation knowledge. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, and the position offers flexibility with up to 50% remote work and requires occasional business travel.
