Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Biologist, Biotechnologist, or Biochemist to lead the development, optimization, and validation of molecular biology assays and products within an innovative Biotech company. The Lead Scientist will manage development projects, including those within an S1 genetic engineering facility, and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from market analysis and technology screening to technical documentation and customer support. Key requirements include a PhD in a relevant life science field, significant industry experience (minimum 5 years), and deep practical knowledge of molecular biology techniques and ISO 13485 quality standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where the incumbent will directly influence the future product strategy and portfolio, working in modern laboratories with short decision-making paths.
