The manager holds strategic and economic responsibility for the facility, overseeing operations, organizing daily care work, and developing specialized professional concepts. A core component of the role is the leadership and development of a team of up to 20 employees, requiring an authentic, empathetic, and motivating leadership style. Key qualifications include a degree or vocational training in social or health care (e.g., nursing, social pedagogy) and preferably at least two years of relevant leadership experience.
